Same Day Delivery - Charlotte Only
Available everyday Monday to Saturday - Hand delivery/doorstep delivery by local courier service providers

Orders placed before 4 pm ET Monday through Saturday are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 4pm ET Monday through Friday will be processed the next day
Orders placed after 4pm ET Saturday will be processed on Monday
Honors & Hampers assume no liability for deliveries made to incorrectly provided address by the customer, for failed delivery attempt as a result of the ordered item recipient no show at the scheduled delivery time window specified. Forever Rose Gift, Forever Rose Bouquets items are fragile and sensitive to hot, cold, wet and wind conditions and as such should be collected in person or or moved inside/at room temperature as soon as possible in the case of doorstep drop off.
Gourmet gifts including chocolate, and/or other food items very sensitive to hot or cold temperatures, should be collected in person or moved inside/at room temperature as soon as possible in the case of doorstep drop off.
Second delivery attempts requests may be made. A $25 second delivery attempts fee will apply.

Orders placed after 4pm ET will be processed the following day and shipped for next business day delivery
Orders placed after 4pm ET on Thursday will be processed on Friday and delivered on Monday unless the Saturday Delivery option was selected
Scheduled Date Delivery - Charlotte Only
Customers who require delivery on a specific date but not before and not after said date have the option to select specific delivery day at checkout.
Delivery is guaranteed to complete on the specific date selected and between the hours specified at checkout for zip codes within Charlotte, NC, and delivery will not complete before or after the specific date selected at checkout.
Scheduled date delivery option is only available for deliveries to zip codes within Charlotte, NC
Scheduled date deliveries are carried by local courier services who deliver only within Charlotte, NC.
Delivery on the scheduled date is not guaranteed for zip codes outside Charlotte, NC: If scheduled date is selected at checkout and delivery location zip code is not within Charlotte, then (i) delivery will be carried by UPS subject to UPS Holiday schedule deadlines and the delivery on the scheduled date will not be guaranteed, (ii) upon receipt of orders to deliver outside Charlotte, NC, Customer care will timely alert Customer about the delivery timelines and the change of delivery provider, (iii) Immediately upon receipt of alert from Customer Care, Customer will notify Customer Care of any change(s) requests for the order, (iv) if upon receipt of Customer Care's alert Customer does not immediately notify Customer Care (customercare@honorshampers.com) of any order change request(s) then order will be processed and shipped via UPS(delivery times subject to UPS Holiday schedule deadlines), and delivery on the scheduled date selected at checkout will not be guaranteed.
Shipping Limitations
Must be 21 to purchase and receive delivery of wine gift boxes
Wine gift boxes are delivered in the following states only: AK, LA, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OR, VA, DC, WV, WU.
Wine gift boxes cannot be delivered outside the USA.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
No delivery can be made to PO Boxes.
